CNC Milling
Advanced CNC milling services allow us to machine both large-scale components and intricate, detailed features. Our precision milling supports tolerances down to 0.0001”, delivering high-quality parts when absolute accuracy is non-negotiable, from downhole tools to aerospace structures.
All milling operations are supported by full shop digitization and industry-recognized certifications, including AS9100-D and ISO 9001:2015, providing complete traceability and quality assurance.
CNC Turning
Our turning capabilities are engineered for versatility. Vertical turning lathes allow us to efficiently machine short, large-diameter parts that standard lathes cannot accommodate.
For extended lengths, we turn parts up to 120” with tolerances as tight as 0.001”. When components exceed 120”, we use CNC turning services and specialized strategies that allow parts to extend beyond the machine, and if necessary, beyond the walls of our facility, while maintaining precision and quality.
Large Part Machining
Our large CNC machining capabilities allow us to handle large, intricate projects without compromising speed, precision, or repeatability. We routinely manufacture long, complex components for the oil and gas industry, including liner hangers, packers, and pup joints, along with missile bodies, motor cases, and other critical defense components.
Unusually tight tolerances on large parts are essential when machining satellite components, rocket hardware, launch structures, and spacecraft engine parts. Our processes, tooling, and expertise are designed to maintain accuracy at this scale.
