Being built for efficient large scale machining requires more than just skilled machinists. The right equipment, setups, and facility infrastructure are also essential.
LArge Part Turning
Our shop is equipped with six Mazak slant CNC lathes capable of turning parts up to 120” in length.
With this capacity, we routinely manufacture sizeable components for customers in the oil and gas industry, including:
- Liner hangers
- Packers
- Pup joints
Many of our lathes feature wall access to accommodate large parts, and we have developed specialized setups to support the production of parts even larger than 120” long.
Advanced 5-Axis Machining and Vertical Turning Lathe Capabilities
In addition to turning, our shop is equipped to machine large, complex components with advanced 5-axis CNC milling technology.
Our machining centers hold precision tolerances down to 0.0001”, allowing us to manufacture intricate components with exceptional accuracy.
Our 5-axis CNC machines are also equipped with vertical turning lathe capabilities, enabling us to combine milling and turning operations in fewer setups, improving efficiency.
